The sheriff and the store burglary

The information I have taken from an article in local press (Värnamo nyheter). Where I mentions willingly pose in front of the camera and emerges with both name and picture.

Unfortunately, the date cut away on this article but the incident took place at night September 4, 1995 so it is well some day afterwards.

Although this article is written by Gunvor Karlsson, Värnamo Nyheter journalistic shooting star ... and HO's own little squire.

The store owner Ritha Olofsson, who was a customer of "security consultant" HO had over the summer had broken into her home when her purse with keys to the store was stolen.

"We did not change the locks in the kiosk because we reasoned that if something happened here, we were able to get hold of those who made the burglary at home too"
!!!
"We" we shall have to assume is Ritha store owner and HO "security consultant".
Comments are superfluous.
We let stupidity talk for themselves ... so I shut up.


The sheriff has set a trap ... and he waits.
The night Sept 4 hours 03 alarm goes off in the kiosk.
Sheriff saddles his horse and gallops away ...
When he arrived, "he understood that it was burglary in progress".
He swings up towards the front of the car. He sees three men in the car ... and a weapon against him, "he flinch and duck."
Whether the shot is pushed here is not mentioned but he says later about the shooting at the car that it was the second time a shot is fired so one can assume that.
The car drives off, a remaining man in the store rushing out and is picked up.


It had probably a "normal" guard backed away, sat in the safety and called the police.
But not the sheriff, the "village superhero".
He takes up the chase and try to run them and when he is alongside, he sees a man in the back seat aiming and shooting.
The shot hits the car door.
Now, he decides to "take shelter".
"It's not worth taking the risk of being shot says Ho, who have been through similar events abroad".
In those secret missions in Spain, Ireland, Germany, Italy and Latin America.
... for sure  ;-D

So the sheriff, the village's "professional observer" then drive a car in the middle of the dark night while he looks into the darkened car, switch on night vision and x-ray vision (yes there is such thing as superheroes have) and see with 120% certainty that it is my brother.

Fantastic! ... But there are things that only superheroes like the sheriff can.

He had not managed to take the thieves but he had taken up the challenge and been shot ... and he could pinpoint the culprit with 120% certainty so basically he was caught.

The sheriff had once again made great achievements!
