The incident, the murder.

I have used the district court's judgment as a base wich is complete, clear and well written.
Målnr. B 131-99 Värnamo District Court.
For those who want to form their own opinion.

During the afternoon on Saturday, the 19 December 1998 go Jorgen from Gnosjö where he lives to a friend in Anderstorp.
They drink some beer and around 21:30 -21: 45 goes Jörgen and two of his friends to Gislaved.
They drink more alcohol and around 22: 30-23: 00 they come to the restaurant the Goose.
Where he stays until just before closing time and he was seen by witnesses at oj-oj's store at 01 o'clock.
Then he goes to a block called the Valley.

This night is the SL, which is in the service of the HO's firm and he sees Jorgen around 00:15 at oh-ojs store.
He then immediately go to HO:s home and says that he has seen Jorgen.

HO leaving his wife pregnant in the 8th month, and a small child, at midnight on a Saturday night to go out and search for Jörgen.
So importent is this.

Witnesses sees HO around 00: 30-00: 45 come walking alone in dark civilian clothes and a dark cap in the center near the Goose and oj-oj's.

IJ is on sick leave for a neck injury and drive aimlessly around the village.
1:20 he sees HO come walking in neighborhoods around the goose.

When HO sat in the IJ's car, he explains that SL said Jorgen Halper is on the town.
Shortly thereafter, SL and they gather in the parking lot opposite the hotel.
They talk for a while and HO asks to go with the IJ's private car.

Yes, here he has devoted much private reconnaissance and thought "it was necessary".
Jorgen has told a friend that he felt watched and hunted by HO.
HO has also Jörgen's social security number recorded on a note.

HO and IJ coming to the Valley about 1:30 and HO exclaims "there he is" when they run towards the neighborhood.

01:30 Jorgen seen by witnesses, a man and a woman, the valley parking lot when he asks them for a ride home to Gnosjö which they deny him.

HO and IJ becomes by a witness observed sitting in a stationary car in the parking lot in the neighborhood Valley, the witness greet short of the two.

Then they drive to the gravelled area located on the other side of the larger Anderstorpsvägen which runs past the block Valley. Opposite the bus shelter located at the neighborhood Valley and flush with the road (leading to Anderstorp and Gnosjö).

Where they stand a few minutes, then ask the HO to the IJ should drive him to Jorgen now standing in the bus shelter.
The time is 01: 40-01: 45

HO goes out of the car and talk with Jorgen a moment and says to the IJ when he comes back, "he can ride with us."
HO sits in the front seat and Jorgen in the rear.

IJ prompted by HO to drive to Holmen, an isolated SMU farm.

My brother says "it was not bad to get a ride"

Arriving at Holmen says HO to the IJ that he himself arranges pushed back,
He leans in towards the car and says to the IJ "he did not even recognize me."
... and then IJ go.

My brother did not recognize HO.
He wears glasses but actually had them probably do not wear them then.
He was intoxicated 2.0 per thousand and had smoked hashish during the evening, he was tired and wanted to go home.

Why he follows to Holmen voluntarily?
I would think that HO tricked him into believing that any of them would, buy, sell, bid on hashish, and / or business.
That is the explanation I imagine, as I know him.

What happens there?
It only HO and my Brother Jorgen knows.

We know that he shot with two shots, one in the chest and one in the head.
The shot in the chest from a distance.
The shot in the head from close range.

An execution of an affected person who believes that they should do something completely different.
When he found he had a knife in his pocket.
He was thus unsuspecting, not at all prepared for this.
This is premeditated murder.

He is hard gunshot wound up until 7:45 when a man walking his dog in the area finds him.
He repeats several times, "give me mo-ti-on". Which I interpret as "give me morphine."
He has thus been there and been plagued for 6 hours ...

When the ambulance arrived, he stands on his knees, he says something they do not understand and then "fuck the hell".

This testimony was the most painful of the entire trial.
Hear it ... how he sufferd...and he fought ... feel it in my heart ...

This is a murder rate of particularly cruel and ruthless.

... and here I have to take a break ...
